Overlooking Discovery Bay (only five minutes from the airport), the property is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens and covers three-quarters of an acre, including 50 feet of waterfront and a 35-foot, two-tiered dock. You'll enjoy privacy and seclusion as well as easy access to all of Provo's highlights.

For a group of up to six*, our luxury villa combines elegance, comfort, and functionality. The two-story residence boasts 1600 square feet of living space, as well as a wrap-around screened balcony overlooking the water.

Two guests -- $71.42 per person.
Three guests -- $52.38 per person.
Four guests -- $42.85 per person.
Five guests -- $37.14 per person.
Six guests -- $33.37 per person.
November-April Rental Rates:
Two guests -- $78.57 per person.
Three guests -- $57.14 per person.
Four guests -- $46.42 per person.
Five guests -- $40.00 per person.
Six guests -- $35.66 per person.
Minimum Stay: 5 nights.
*An oversized cot is available to accommodate a seventh guest. You may also consider renting both the villa and the guest cottage.

Guest Cottage
For couples or singles, we offer a Caribbean guest cottage. The cottage features both a screened-in porch and a barbecue deck off the kitchen.
