Refresher Course for Certified Divers

If you're certified but haven't dived in over a year, we generally recommend a brief refresher course to help you brush up on your skills. Our refresher courses are conducted by one of our professional PADI/NAUI instructors and are personalized to fit your needs. The courses are generally held in a swimming pool near our dive shop. (If you're staying at a private residence, we may be able to hold the course there.) Your course includes all necessary equipment.
In the span of a couple of hours, we'll review fundamental diving techniques and safety issues that you covered during the certification process. You'll proceed at your own pace, based on your needs, and have fun at the same time. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy your dive vacation with confidence.

Our equipment is top of the line and well-maintained. We address every concern related to safety and hygiene so that you don't have to.
Course schedules: Please click our schedule calendar (see the link to the right) to find a date that fits your plans. Our refresher courses generally are held in the afternoon, usually beginning at 3 pm, and cover about two hours.

How to Meet Us:
Your scuba course includes free pick-up and drop-off at several local hotels and resorts. When you make your reservation, please indicate the location at which you wish us to meet you.
If you're staying at either the Miramar Resort or Turtle Cove Inn, you're only a few steps away from our location. (Our refresher courses are usually conducted in the swimming pool at the Turtle Cove Inn.) You can find Ocean Vibes next to the Banana Boat Restaurant in the Turtle Cove Marina on Providenciales.
About 14 days before your tour, we will send you an email to remind you of where and when to meet us. In the meantime, we invite you to view our maps of the Turks and Caicos. |

Health and Fitness Issues:
Although almost everyone in good health can safely enjoy scuba diving, there are some medical conditions that could prevent you or other members of your group from safely participating in our activities. Before you make a reservation for scuba diving, please review the health issues related to scuba. |

Scuba Certification Requirements:
Course participants are required to provide a valid certification card from a recognized training agency. (We may also be able to verify your certification by telephone.) |

Refund Policy:
Your deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your activity. If you cancel your reservation within 14-30 days before your activity, we will refund half of your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of your activity are not refundable. Also, we do not provide refunds for un-used portions of dive packages. Of course, if weather conditions or other factors force us to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund. |
