I have only positive things to say about my experience. The two wall dives at Northwest Point were awesome and full of life, and seeing the reef shark was a particular treat. Your company was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Hotel pickup, dock departure, and dive gear arrangements were all timely and accurate. Your staff and divemasters were all most professional and personable, accommodating the needs of the group who had varied experience levels. Unlike other operators where they patently advocate tipping of staff, the issue never arose on my trip. Of course this did not prevent me and at least some others from doing so willingly, but it was refreshing not to be pressured. Although I've only been certified for two years, overall this was one of my most enjoyable dive experiences.
